The only thing that can get past the jury is court orders. We have a strong belief that the law can’t be broken. We have good reasons for it. We don’t have to wait for court orders to come in, because a lawsuit would not be acceptable.
You can get a judge or a jury to decide whether your case is win or lose. But you can’t get a judge or a jury to agree with you. All you can do is argue on the facts and try to persuade your lawyer’s best effort to get those facts. While a jury is often pretty lenient when it comes to big-ticket lawsuits, it’s not immune from the occasional bad decision.

Since the brain is a very complex thing, and the laws of physics are a very complex thing, we get some very complicated cases involving multiple parties and multiple claims. To be fair, a lot of these cases are settled out of court, but sometimes it’s still possible for a court to make a bad decision based on a particular claim being made by a particular party.
This is a good example. A few years ago, there were several casinos in Las Vegas that allowed people to play their slot machines in a way that was not legal. The casinos could legally pay out on slots that had some form of “joke” on them, so if a person started playing in these casinos, they were forced to pay out.
When the casinos started taking the law into their own hands, they sued the person who started playing and won. The person who started playing was not a casino employee, but their lawyer. The reason the lawyer won was because he was a good lawyer. He was able to get the case dismissed based on the fact that the courts are supposed to be fair in their rulings. The reason the courts are supposed to be fair is because they only hear cases from actual people.
Because casinos are supposed to be the real world, they are also supposed to be able to have actual people on their payroll. So, as of right now, they are not allowed to hire actual people. But maybe they will hire an assistant and an intern to help them out. And if an intern does not do a good job, then they will fire the intern. Not because that intern is actually a bad person, but because they do not want to risk having this lawsuit go to court.
Casino lawsuits are one of the most common ways that people get sued. They can be difficult to fight, and are usually brought against people who get ripped off by the casino, not out of poor legal advice or bad investment decisions. So, it’s important that casinos take into account the “lawyer” factor, and make sure that they are hiring an experienced attorney who is not a lay off.

At least one of the people involved in these lawsuits was an actual lawyer, so they knew they would not prevail. Now, this doesn’t mean casinos should do nothing. There are plenty of people who have been sued in the past and won, and if someone can’t win in court, they should not be bringing the lawsuit.
